Since 2002, Cafe Franchise Group (CFG) has successfully opened hundreds of cafes across Australia. What makes us unique is that we’re experts in our field and focussed on forging strong partnerships with like-minded business partners, who share our ethos for delivering superior customer service and delicious food and coffee.

Andrew is a commercially focused, business and sales professional with over 20 years of experience in private and listed Australian businesses. He is passionate about building strong teams and meaningful partnerships with customers and suppliers Andrew believes that commitment to product and service, is what sets CFG apart.
Cora brings over 20 years experience in franchising and has a strong Account Management background. She heads up CFG’s Accounts division and provides franchisees with support in areas of compliance, understanding financials and implementing systemised processes.
Dean has over 15 years of experience in hospitality and franchising, he has successfully grown the Guru brand for over 10 years as a franchisor, and prior to that a successful franchisee. Dean is an expert in commercial leasing and ensures our franchisees have every opportunity for success through optimal site selection and lease negotiation.
Antony has over 20 years of experience in hospitality and franchising as both a franchisee and as a franchisor. He has successfully grown the Crema brand since it was founded in 2005. Antony is a specialist in systems and processes, ensuring high quality and standards throughout the network.
Daniela has over 6 years of experience in marketing and communications across various industries. Dani provides support to our franchisees through the creation of compelling marketing campaigns for product promotion as well as managing the branding of CFG’s brands.
Beth has over 20 years of experience in hospitality and as a qualified Chef Beth ensures the menus across the network are current and delicious, she focuses on food quality control and menu development
